Our journey began as an engineering firm providing HVAC design services, where we frequently received inquiries from clients about linear diffusers. However, we encountered a common challenge: traditional linear diffusers required plenums, making them unsuitable for residential projects with wooden structures.

This challenge sparked our innovative spirit. We set out to design a linear air diffuser that could seamlessly integrate into wooden structures without the need for plenums. After extensive research and development, and creating over 100 prototypes, we successfully finalized a model that not only solves this problem.

What is a linear vent?
A single continuous slot instead of a stamped grille. It sits in the surface rather
than on it, so the ventilation reads as a line in the architecture rather than as
equipment
Will it fit my existing ductwork?
Yes. The unit fits an existing standard 10 x 4 residential duct opening
Does it need a plenum or special framing?
No. The unit carries its own insert and connects directly to the duct. No plenum
to fabricate, no drop ceiling, no framed cavity
How is it installed?
In a single visit by one trade, rather than a rough-in and a finish install weeks
apart. The floor vent must be installed before the flooring goes down
When does the floor vent go in?
Before the flooring is laid. It is not a retrofit into a finished floor
Does it sit flush?
The ceiling and wall vent sits flush with the surrounding surface. The floor vent is
low profile and sits slightly proud of the floor
Can it be painted?
The ceiling and wall vent is painted along with the surrounding surface and
finished at the same time. The floor vent is factory finished in black or gold
What sizes and finishes are available?
2 x 24 inch. Ceiling and wall paintable; floor in black or gold
Can it be cleaned?
Yes. The solid metal faceplate is removable
